GB 30 About
The GB 30 is the most compact model in the GreenBox series, designed for businesses seeking an efficient and space-saving solution for organic waste management. Despite its small footprint, it efficiently processes 30 kg of organic waste per day, reducing its volume by up to 85% and converting it into a sterile, dry powder that can be repurposed as fertilizer or used for biogas production.

Made from stainless steel and equipped with lockable wheels, the GB 30 is easy to position in kitchens, dishwashing areas, or waste storage rooms. It requires minimal installation, needing only a power connection and a floor drain, with no additional ventilation or water supply required.
By automating the waste reduction process, the GB 30 enhances workplace hygiene, eliminates unpleasant odors, and reduces the frequency of waste collection, making it an environmentally friendly and cost-effective choice for food service operations.

ENERGY CONSUMPTION
To compare the energy consumption of the GreenBox in kWh with that of a freezer that would otherwise be used to store organic waste, the following measurement units have been considered:
• GB30: SkyLine ChillS Blast Chiller/Freezer 30/30 kg
• GB100: Blast Chiller-Freezer Crosswise - 100 kg 20GN 1/1 (R452A) by Electrolux Professional
• GB300: Electrolux Professional Blast Chiller-Freezer Crosswise - 100 kg 20GN 1/1
• GB500: 500kg Per Hour Blast Freezer for Seafood
Different freezer models have been selected based on their varying capacities, ensuring a fair comparison between the GreenBox and freezers processing the same quantity of organic waste. If a freezer with unused capacity were considered, additional operational costs beyond energy consumption would need to be accounted for.
For example, the 7.77 kWh value represents the energy consumption required to store 30 kg of material.
All consumption values have been sourced from the official websites of the respective appliance manufacturers
