Established in January 2023 and based in Kongens Lyngby (Danish Technical University Science Park), Green Shift Group provides independent technical surveys, engineering support, and consultancy services across the maritime, offshore, and energy sectors.
Green Shift Group is led by a dedicated management team ensuring operational excellence, technical depth, and sustainable growth across all departments listed below.
MSD - Marine Services Department
Provides comprehensive marine inspections, project supervision, and operational support to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient vessel operations across all segments.
ESD - Engine Services Department
Delivers specialist two-stroke and four-stroke engine services, including overhauls, troubleshooting, upgrades, and component verification with rapid global deployment capability.
ISCD - Insurance & Claims Department
Supports H&M underwriters, P&I clubs, and shipowners with independent technical damage assessments, root cause analysis, loss-of-hire verification, and casualty response.
SSD - Sustainability Solutions Department (SSD)
Offers practical environmental performance solutions, including GreenBox waste management, emissions reduction strategies, and compliance support for EEXI, CII, and ESG requirements.
TCSD - Technical Consultancy & Service Department
Acts as the engineering backbone of GSG, providing cross-departmental technical expertise, calculations, root cause analysis, compliance guidance, and structured documentation to strengthen decision-making and project execution.

Green Shift Group is a member of - and proudly supports InterForce. Interforce is a cooperation between on the one side the Danish private and public sectors and on the other the Armed Forces / Civil Defense. InterForce works towards ensuring understanding and building relations between these two worlds. Denmark needs a robust and flexible armed reserve, home guard, part-time fireman corps, and volunteer coastal rescuer service – something we do under one umbrella name “The Reserve Force”.
To have such an emergency preparedness backup, society needs the aid of the civilian employers of the men and women who take on a dual responsibility: Employer Support to The Reserve Force. More than 2,000 Danish businesses, societies, and other organizations are members of InterForce, thereby publicly stating their support for The Reserve Force.
Green Shift Group is a member of - and proudly supports Skibsteknisk Selskabs Fond (DSNAME Foundation).
The purpose of the Foundation is to support the dissemination of marine technical knowledge, including providing support to individuals who wants to educate themselves in the marine engineering field of study and scientific research or other developments in the marine engineering.
Moreover, the Foundation aims to provide support for social purposes and other purposes related to shipbuilding and shipping. In accordance with its charter, support can be sought within the Foundation's sphere of activity.

Søfartsteknisk Forening is a professional maritime association founded in 1913, dedicated to advancing technical knowledge and professional competence within the shipping and offshore industries. The association provides a forum for knowledge sharing and dialogue among maritime professionals, including engineers, superintendents, surveyors, shipowners, suppliers, and authorities.
Through technical presentations, seminars, site visits, and networking events, Søfartsteknisk Forening promotes the exchange of experience and best practices, contributing to the continued development of safe, efficient, and sustainable maritime operations.
