Our management system is a framework and set of processes and procedures that Green Shift Group uses to manage our activities to achieve our goals and objectives effectively and efficiently.
There are many different types of management systems that can be used in various contexts, such as quality management systems, environmental management systems, occupational health and safety management systems, and information security management systems. Each type of management system is designed to address specific issues or concerns within an organization and to help improve its overall performance. We have integrated all processes into one combined management system.
We use our management system for the development of policies and procedures, as well as the implementation of processes and tools to ensure that those policies and procedures are followed. We also perform regular monitoring and review of the system's effectiveness, as well as ongoing training and education for employees to ensure that they understand and comply with the system's requirements.
We always welcome your feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement, optimization, and performance
